As many of you know, I am passionate about animals.  Years ago, I decided to create my GIVE BACK Program.  As part of that program, I am happy to donate to an animal shelter or rescue in my client’s name upon closing.  If the client is not an animal lover, and prefers to have me donate to another organization, I am willing to do that too.  I have done this for years and years and really believe it sets me apart from my competition.  For me, it is about so much more than just getting a paycheck at the closing table.  Of course, I typically also give my client some other gift at closing, such as a gift card  to a home store or their favorite restaurant, or some other product I heard them mention that they like over the course of the transaction.
